The Terms & Conditions below are set out terms for using our website

to and use of our products and services. 

Please read the terms carefully before using this site. 

The use of our services constitutes the acceptance of these

Terms & Conditions.


This website, www.justplattersbyrose.com.au, is owned and operated by 

Just Platters by Rose ("we", "us", "our"). 

We are a registered Australian business operating under the

ABN: 17 142 387 074.

Non-Liability, Consumption for Risk & Food Safety

All food items should be consumed within 2 hours after delivery to ensure the best quality and freshness. 

Consumption of food items exceeding 2 hours time period once delivered

(and not refrigerated) becomes your own risk. 

Leftovers can be refrigerated and eaten within 48 hours.

Leave platter box lid on once in fridge or store remaining food items

in an air-tight container.

Please note that crackers may lose their crisp & freshness. 

Due to the nature of our food, please keep platters out of direct sunlight,

preferably in a shaded area.

After delivery Just Platters by Rose will not be liable for any resulting

illness for failure in taking health & hygiene measures in

handling and consuming our products.

We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury that may

occur either directly or indirectly related to the presentation and

location of the platters if otherwise than in accordance

with our recommendations. 

It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances 

in advance. 

Please note that our produce is locally sourced, fresh and seasonal; 

therefore, due to availability, we reserve the

right to substitute items when ingredients may not be available

due to seasonality. 

All substitutions are of equivalent quality and value. 

Allergy Information

Just Platters by Rose prides itself on using fresh and quality ingredients for

our valued customers. 

Due to the nature of our products all of our platter boxes

may contain:

* Peanuts & Tree Nuts (e.g. cashews, almonds)

* Eggs and Milk

* Fish and Crustaceans (e.g. prawns, lobster)

* Sesame Seeds and Herbs

* Soybeans

* Wheat (gluten) and Lupin. 


If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know prior to placing your order.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss if your

order can still be fulfilled. 

Please note that our platter boxes are not prepared in an allergen-free

environment; therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are 

allergen free. 

Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from, or take extra caution from 

consuming our products.

Placing an Order/Payment

To confirm your order, full payment is required.


If you are ordering via phone, text message or social media, PayPal payment

or Bank Transfer is required once order has been confirmed.

If payment has not been received within 24 hours of order, it will be cancelled. 

Unfortunately, we do not have 'on-the-day' orders option.

We require at least 2 days notice, so we can arrange for fresh produce

to be picked up or delivered from our local suppliers. 

We recommend placing orders for events and custom platters at least

two weeks in advance to ensure all produce and items are available. 

By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to enter into an

agreement to purchase the product(s) in that order. 

Orders will be deemed received by us at the time of your order, and you will

receive an order confirmation via your nominated email address. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct email address and contact

details are entered correctly with your order.

Please note your requested date and time will be confirmed via email. 

If we are unable to fulfill your requested date and time, we will 

offer a suitable alternative date and time. 

In an event that the alternative date and time is not suitable we will 

further contact you to discuss. 

All platter boxes are required to be paid in full via our online store in order to 

secure your booking and delivery date. 

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Please note that platter boxes may differ from photographs seen on

our website and on our Social Media pages.

We try to create all platters identical; however, slight differences may

be present as each platter is created fresh and customised to order, as well as

being subject to produce/supplier availability. 

Contents inside platter boxes may vary depending on the size of the box.

Example, a small box will not be able to fit as many delights as a

medium or large box; however, it will be jam-packed with a variety of food items. 


We understand at times plans do not go ahead, and should you wish

to cancel your platter box order, please cancel no less than five (5) days

prior to the delivery date, otherwise the paid amount

will be forfeited. 

Any cancellations before five (5) days of delivery will be offered a

credit voucher to use on platter order/s in the future. This is valid

for one (1) year.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event you require

the order to be cancelled on delivery day, a refund will not be offered

and you will be charged a cancellation fee of the same price

of your platter box order.

If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us 48 hours prior

to your requested delivery date.

No refund will be offered if you are not satisfied with the platter. 

Cancellations for Table Setups 

No refunds will be issued for all table setup orders. In an event you need to

change your date or times please let us know at least 

seven (7) days before setup date. All changes need to be emailed to 


In an event that we cannot change your new date or keep your original date 

due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Covid-19 Government lockdowns

or Force Majeure), a credit voucher/gift certificate will be offered and

valid for one (1) year from the original date of booking.

The deposit or/and other expenses paid will go towards the 

credit voucher/ gift certificate and the remaining funds to be paid 

as per invoice. 

* Please note due to the recent Covid outbreaks, the setup will be done contactless.

So we kindly ask if you can please have no one in the room or

close proximity to the setup while we are setting up;

this is to ensure the safety of everyone.

If you can, also please keep the area well ventilated.


If the above is not followed, regrettably we reserve our right to

leave the premises even if the setup is not fully complete.

No refund or credit will be issued. We apologise for any inconvenience. 


For the pickup of boards, crockery etc, this will be done contactless. We will call you prior to our arrival.

Hours of Operation


We operate 7 days a week. Our delivery hours are 9am-7pm. 

Delivery outside these hours will incur a 10% surcharge of the total amount 

of the order


A surcharge exemption for delivery outside the deliver hours occurs for the

following delivery days:  


Australia Day, Valentine's Day, Easter Saturday,

Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Mother's & Father's Day,

Christmas & Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve and New Year's day.


We deliver Sydney-wide and to Wollongong, Southern Highlands

and the Central Coast.

(No longer delivering to Wollongong, Southern Highlands 

and the Central Coast due to Covid-19 restrictions)

The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order, 

and will be calculated at the checkout. 

Free delivery is offered for orders over $300.


Just Platters by Rose assures that we do our best to ensure your product(s)

will arrive at your specified date and time of your order; however, 

in an event that is out of our control, please allow time.

If this is the case, you will be notified immediately. 

Please note that due to the nature of our products, your order cannot be 

left unattended. In the case that no one is at the property to receive 

the product(s) at the requested date and time of delivery, or if we are 

supplied with an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be returned to 

Just Platters by Rose and a re-delivery fee will be incurred, at the cost of 

our discretion. 

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering contactless delivery.

The Platter Order will be left near the front door or on the mail box (if requested) 

Please note all times for events (E.g Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day

etc) we will provide a time slot between 7:30am-7pm.

However, we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive within the time slot

we provide you due to unforeseen circumstances that occur during 

delivery e.g traffic conditions, road blocks, police stops, etc. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Just Platters by Rose will

not under any circumstances be liable to you for any direct, indirect, 

incidental, punitive or consequential losses of damages to any client, supplier,

person or property arising from the use of our website, services, 

or products.


In particular we will not be liable to you for indirect and

consequential loss or damage, including without limitation, loss of profits, 

sales or revenue, commercial or economic loss of any kind, loss of 

goodwill or reputation, or loss or corruption of data, in contract, tort, under

any statute or otherwise (including negligence) arising 

from or associated with our website or our products. 

You acknowledge that the content on our website is provided for

general information only and is not intend to be advice that you should

rely on. Whilst we will in good faith make reasonable efforts to 

provide you with accurate and up-to-date information on our website, 

there may be instances where inaccuracies and disparities may occur. 

Just Platters by Rose will not be liable for any errors or difference in our 

product details, images, prices, or promotional information 

on our website. 

The limitation of liability set out above will not apply to any claim that is the 

consequence of deception, dishonesty, willful falsification or deliberate

concealment by or on behalf Just Platters by Rose.

Force Majeure

Just Platters by Rose will not be liable for failures to perform its obligations

arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including

without limitation, accidents, fires, floods, storms, machinery malfunctions, 

and breakdowns, strikes, supply shortages, lockouts, epidemics, 

pandemics, government restrictions, wars, terrorist acts, or riots. 

Website Viruses

Our website is constantly monitored for viruses or bugs; however, we cannot

guarantee that our Site is secure or free from viruses, bugs, errors, 

defects, or omissions. 

Just Platters by Rose is not responsible for any damages or losses 

(direct, indirect, incidental or consequential) arising out of the use of 

this Website. 

You are responsible for instigating your own virus protection software.

Third Party Websites

Our Website, at times, contain links to other sites and resources by 

third parties, which is provided for your information only. 

Our inclusion of those links to a third party website does not imply any 

endorsement of the material on our Website or, unless disclosed otherwise, 

any sponsorship, affiliation or association with its owner.

Linking to Our Site 

You may link our Website or mention our brand name, provided you do so 

in a manner that is reasonable, legal and does not damage our 

reputation or take advantage of it. 

Just Platters by Rose reserves the right to withdraw linking permission 

without notice. If you wish to make use of our content on our

We take our customer's privacy seriously and we only collect and

use your personal information for delivery of your orders, to update you

on your order, including delivery, and for customer support. 

We do not sell, share or trade a customer's personal information

collected online with third parties.

Personal information collected online will only be for internal use only. 

In exceptional circumstances Just Platters by Rose may be required

to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds

to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or

health, or for law enforcement purposes. 

Our Privacy Statement fully complies with the Privacy Act 1988. 

You also confirm you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy which

forms part of these Terms. 


All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons,

images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, brand names,

product names, designs, software, and other materials 

are the property of Just Platters by Rose. 

The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of

Just Platters by Rose, and is protected by the

Australian Copyright Act 1968. 

All software used on this site is the property of Just Platters by Rose or

its software suppliers and is protected under the Australian Copyright Act 1968.

Just Platters by Rose will reserve the right at all times to protect its 

intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. 

Such material must not be copied, republished, plagiarised, amended, 

modified or embedded onto another website or platform in any way without

By accessing our website and/or purchasing our products using this site

products and services or operational priorities, we will not be responsible for 

any liability to you. If you have placed an order, the Terms and Conditions 

will apply to that order and are the terms that pertained at the time of 

the placement of the order. By continuing to use our website after these Terms 

have been modified, you agree to be bound by the changes to these Terms.

Applicable Laws 

The Terms of Use above are governed by and construed in accordance with 

the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 

We agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 

New South Wales.
